From our Homepage, select the items you are interested in. Select colour or size if applicable and click ADD TO CART. When you are finished Shopping, select CHECKOUT and choose your preferred payment method from the options provided.
You can check on your order status by sending an Online enquiry to info@nikablu.com.au We will respond promptly. Additionally you can track your order with the tracking number.
It depends on your location. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the individual supplier and their nominated courier.
If you are entitled to a refund or replacement due to an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, we’re happy to help. We always aim to make sure our customers are happy with our products. Please email us at info@nikablu.com.au and we’ll take you through the process.
Before contacting us please ensure you have allowed sufficient time for your order to arrive. If you feel your delivery has been delayed or should you need to enquire as to its whereabout, Please contact us at info@nikablu.com.au and we will investigate further.
As you cannot directly cancel an online order yourself you’ll need to contact us at info@nikablu.com.au and ask for assistance urgently. Please note that your order can only be cancelled if your item/s have not been dispatched yet.
If you will be unavailable when the courier/carrier attempts to deliver your order they will usually leave a note or calling card. This card contains details on how to collect the order. If the order is returned to sender as a result of a failed delivery attempt we will contact you to arrange re-delivery which may incur an additional cost.
Unfortunately due to high demand for our products, we do not accept change of mind returns.
Currently we only ship to our customers in Australia.
